Maximum load 20kg per bracket (e.g. 2 mounting points = 40kg max. load rating).
Used with the XD Hitch, allows the quick removal of awnings and some shower tents from the side of roof top tents.
May be used without an XD Hitch to fit accessories where mount points are at 100 -120mm (4-4 ¾”) centres. Awnings may also be fastened directly to the bracket upright using 4 fasteners per upright.
These brackets will only fit to RTT channels that are between 33mm and 60mm apart, centre to centre. Fasteners to attach the bracket to the RTT are NOT supplied. The latter must be M8 size fasteners and may be purchased from your RTT stockist to suit your specific RTT model.
Not compatible with HD Hitch range.

What else do I need for the bracket?
The brackets are designed to be fitted with a RacksBrax quick release XD Hitch (Double) 9000 for double brackets and XD Hitch (TRIPLE) 9001 for triple brackets. XD Hitches allow the quick removal of awnings and some shower tents from the side of roof top tents for out of weather storage when not in use.
To determine suitability for your awning or shower tent, check the RacksBrax “Works With” guides by awning/shower tent manufacturer to ensure that they are suited to an XD Hitch (DOUBLE) 9000 or XD Hitch (TRIPLE) 9001.
What are the advantages?
When the brackets are fitted with a RacksBrax quick release XD Hitch (either double or triple), removal of a shower tent or awning (when not required) lightens the load on the vehicle saving fuel and allowing the shower tent/awning relief from the weather.
Additionally, if the RTT is to be removed from a vehicle, the prior quick removal of the shower tent/ awning substantially reduces RTT weight making it safer and easier to remove the RTT.
Height Adjustment
Bracket height is adjustable by locating the upright portion of each bracket at higher or lower levels ensuring that 2 No M8 socket head screws per HD/XD Upright Mounting Angle are located as far apart, i.e. at the extreme ends of each Upright Mounting Angle.

Shipping times
Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. Changes to orders

International shipping
International shipping is not available at this time; orders placed on this website can only be delivered in Australia. Contact one of our international distributors to see what is available in country.
Same day dispatch
All orders received by 2.00pm on a Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped that day. Orders after 2.00pm will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from RacksBrax which will include your Australia Post eParcel (or StarTrack) consignment number so that you are able to track your order.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All couriers are defaulted to Authority to Leave (ATL).
Lost or damaged goods

Returns
Engineered Touring Solutions Pty Ltd (RacksBrax) may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Where refunds are granted these will be credited to the credit card used for purchase or to your PayPal account.
