Shipping times

Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak period e.g. sales and promotions periods, wild weather or other courier delivery issues which are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond RacksBrax’ reasonable control. If you place your order over a weekend or public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday to Thursday).

Shipping prices

Free standard shipping is available to customers with all orders in Australia.

Changes to orders

Once an order has been placed it is not able to be edited, added to or cancelled. Please contact sales@racksbrax.com for any further information.

International shipping

International shipping is not available at this time; orders placed on this website can only be delivered in Australia. Contact one of our international distributors to see what is available in country.

Same day dispatch

All orders received by 2.00pm (GMT+10) on a Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped that day to the best of our ability. Orders after 2.00pm will be shipped the next business day.

Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from RacksBrax which will include your consignment and tracking numbers so that you are able to monitor the progress of your order.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

All couriers are defaulted to Authority to Leave (ATL).  

Lost or damaged goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact sales@racksbrax.com during business hours. If you have not received your order within the above recommended delivery time frames, please contact us so that we can assist you.

RacksBrax Returns Policy

Operated by Engineered Touring Solutions Pty Ltd (trading as RacksBrax):

1. Change of Mind

RacksBrax does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage customers to carefully review product specifications prior to purchase to ensure suitability.

2. Store Credit for Approved Returns (Incorrect Selection / Discretionary Acceptance)

Where a return is approved at RacksBrax’ discretion (for example, incorrect product selection), a store credit will be issued.

• Store Credit is issued as a digital credit.
• Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• Non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
• Applies to product value only (excluding original shipping and return shipping costs).
• Store Credit is issued once returned goods are received and inspected.

3. Discretionary Returns (Unopened and Unused Goods)

RacksBrax may, at its sole discretion, accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided that:

• Items are unopened, unused, and in original undamaged packaging.
• Items are in resalable condition.
• Return request has been authorised in advance.

Important conditions:

• Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
• All return shipping, postage, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Where approved, refunds will be issued as a Store Credit.
• Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Where a product is deemed:

• faulty,
• not of acceptable quality, or
• not as described,

RacksBrax will, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law, provide a repair, replacement, or refund.

Requirements:

• Proof of purchase is required.
• Evidence of the fault (photos/video) may be requested.
• Items may need to be returned for assessment before resolution.

5. Return Condition Requirements

All returned goods must be:

• Securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
• Returned with all components, accessories, and packaging (where applicable)
• RacksBrax is not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
• RacksBrax recommends customers use tracked and insured shipping.

Risk of loss or damage remains with the customer until goods are received and confirmed by RacksBrax.

Items that do not meet return conditions may:

• be refused, or
• receive a partial refund in the form of a Store Credit at RacksBrax’ discretion.

6. Refund Processing Timeframes

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt and inspection of returned goods.

Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and banking institutions.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
• Gift cards
• Customised or special-order items
