Changes to orders

International shipping
International shipping is not available at this time; orders placed on this website can only be delivered in Australia. Contact one of our international distributors to see what is available in country.
Same day dispatch
All orders received by 2.00pm on a Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped that day. Orders after 2.00pm will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email from RacksBrax which will include your Australia Post eParcel (or StarTrack) consignment number so that you are able to track your order.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
All couriers are defaulted to Authority to Leave (ATL).
Lost or damaged goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact sales@racksbrax.com during business hours. If you have not received your order within the above recommended delivery time frames, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Returns
Engineered Touring Solutions Pty Ltd (RacksBrax) may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the Products within 30 days where the Product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Where refunds are granted these will be credited to the credit card used for purchase or to your PayPal account.

WHY AN XD XD ALU-CAB QUICK PITCH AWNING Adaptor?
The RacksBrax XD Hitch is designed to permit the quick release or quick loading of wing style awnings with vertically spaced mounting points in the range of 100mm to 120mm. A number of awnings do not fit this requirement including the Alu-Cab 180 Shadow and 270 Shadow awnings as well as the Quick Pitch Weathershade 20 Sec awning.
The XD Hitch, in combination with the XD Alu-Cab Quick Pitch Awning Adaptor (DOUBLE) (9130), enables these awning’s unique mounting configuration to be fitted to the XD Hitch.

Note that the XD Hitch does NOT fit to the Alu-Cab or Quick Pitch brackets directly without the XD Connector Bar included in XD Alu-Cab Quick Pitch Awning Adaptor kit.
RacksBrax recommend the RacksBrax XD Adjustable Bracket Range (DOUBLE) OR the XD Side Twist Range (DOUBLE) for these awnings. See more information at RacksBrax.com relating to the correct bracket for your roof rack.
Both the forward and back Adaptors are identical but only the backmost Adaptor uses 4 No Socket Button Head M8 × 25 screws (Figure 14). The forward Adaptor only uses 2 No Socket Button Head M8 × 25mm screws (Figure 15).
NOTE: Read these instructions in conjunction with the instructions for the RacksBrax XD Hitch RB-INS-009 supplied with the RacksBrax XD Hitch. Some fasteners supplied with the XD Hitch are used in the attachment of the XD Alu-Cab Quick Pitch Awning Adaptor to the XD Hitch Holder.
HOW MANY XD HITCHES/XD ALU-CAB QUICK PITCH AWNING ADAPTORS DO YOU NEED?
Racksbrax XD Hitches and the XD Alu-Cab Quick Pitch Awning Adaptors are sold as separate products. The Alu-Cab 180 Shadow and 270 Shadow Awnings as well as the Quick Pitch Weathershade 20 Sec Awning require 2 brackets, 2 XD Hitches and 2 XD Alu-Cab Quick Pitch Awning Adaptors. This quick release system is NOT suited to the Quick Pitch Weathershade Maxx.
