Modular 4WD Setup
Joolca + RacksBrax
Take your ensuite camping. Leave it at camp.
FAST ON for adventure. FAST OFF for everyday life.
There are some things you want with you when you go camping.
There are other things you definitely don’t want taking up space in the back of the 4WD. A private ensuite is one of them.
That’s where Joolca + RacksBrax makes sense.
Joolca has built a reputation for making portable outdoor shower and ensuite systems that bring a little more comfort to camping. Whether you’re away for a weekend or travelling for weeks, having a dedicated space to shower, change or simply get a bit of privacy can make a huge difference.
But once you’re back home, do you really want all that camping equipment permanently attached to your vehicle?
Probably not.
That’s the thinking behind the RacksBrax approach.
CAMPING MODE: ON
When you’re heading away, your 4WD becomes your basecamp.
-
✔ Awning? On.
-
✔ Recovery gear? On.
-
✔ Camping equipment? On.
-
★ Joolca shower ensuite? Ready to go.
RacksBrax is designed around making compatible roof-rack accessories quick and easy to install and remove, giving you the flexibility to configure your vehicle for the trip you’re actually taking.
And that matters because not every adventure needs the same equipment.
🏖️ A weekend at the beach might call for your Joolca shower and ensuite.
🚗 A weekday commute certainly doesn’t.
COMMUTER MODE: ON
This is where the RacksBrax philosophy really comes into its own.
Instead of turning your daily driver into a permanently loaded camping rig, you can remove the equipment you don’t need and store it properly until the next adventure.
That means less clutter, less unnecessary gear on the vehicle and a much more practical everyday setup.
It also means your camping equipment gets a break from constant exposure to Australian weather, road grime, dust and UV.
Use it when you need it. Store it when you don’t.
YOUR 4WD. YOUR CONFIGURATION.
The beauty of modern camping equipment is that you can build a setup around your lifestyle. You don’t have to choose between a comfortable camping rig and a practical daily driver.
You can have both.
Joolca
Provides the comfort and privacy at camp.
RacksBrax
Provides the flexibility to change your vehicle between adventures.
So when Friday arrives, you’re ready.
⚡ Gear on.
Joolca loaded; hot shower and privacy ready to go.
Adventure mode activated.
And when Sunday is over?
Back to the weekday vehicle you actually need.
That’s the RacksBrax philosophy: don’t permanently carry your weekend just because Monday is coming.
