Winner and Runner-Up notification  

The Prize Winner and Runner-Up will be notified by RacksBrax via email within seven (7) days of the draw using the email address that was used to submit the photograph for the Competition. 

Prizes will be delivered to the Prize Winner and Runner-Up within twenty (20) business days of the close of the Promotional Period subject to any delivery or processing delays. The Winner and Runner-Up will be notified of any delays. 

Unclaimed prizes 

If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited after 48 hours of RacksBrax making all reasonable efforts to notify the Prize Winner and Runner-Up, RacksBrax may reassess the competition Prize Winner and Runner Up, or withdraw the prize unawarded.
