THE INAUGURAL AUSTRALIA’S OVERLANDING PHOTO COMPETITION without doubt raised the bar when it came to the quality of the entries we received! Over 200 amazing photographs were sent in for our photograph competition in 2023 and from 200, our judges shortlisted 14 absolute beauties, taken all over Australia! From the red soil of the mighty Simpson Desert to the sandy dunes of Australia’s southern coastline, we reckon these 14 photographs truly captured what overlanding in Australia is all about!
From 14 photographs, one winner was chosen. Cassandra Missen’s photo of her beach expedition at Coorong, South Australia crowned her the winner of Australia’s Overlanding Photo Competition for 2023.

To celebrate overlanding in Australia and the talented photographers who were shortlisted, we have compiled their entries into an e-Book. Hopefully, this inspires you to get out into the great outdoors and experience the beauty and the wonders that only Australia can offer!
